When will I receive the in-game items I purchased?

The delay between purchasing and receiving items varies among game publishers. Usually publishers deliver the items immediately, but sometimes it can take a few minutes, especially if there is a heavy load on the game that day. It is extremely rare for a publisher to fail to deliver items that have been purchased.

Please follow these steps to verify and complete your purchase:

  1. Check your game account again.
  2. If after 10 minutes you have not received the items you purchased, check your email account for an email from Rixty titled “Rixty Purchase Notification.” This is your transaction receipt.
  3. If you received such an email, your transaction was successful. If not, return to the game and complete your purchase.
  4. Contact the game’s helpdesk and show them the Transaction ID in the email. The existence of this Transaction ID means the purchase was completed and confirmed by the game, so they will have a record of your order, and they will be able to grant your items.
